What we collect

Candidates: your name and contact details, your CV and work history, qualifications and certificates, salary and notice details, your preferences for roles, and notes of our conversations. If a client needs it for a specific role, we may also ask for right-to-work or reference details, with your knowledge.

Clients and their staff: business contact details, details of the roles you're hiring for, and notes of our conversations.

Website visitors: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used (pages viewed, rough location, device). See cookies.

Where it comes from

Mostly from you: when you register, apply, send a brief, email, call or message us. Sometimes from public professional sources such as LinkedIn, job boards, industry events and referrals.

How we use it, and why we're allowed to

• To find you suitable roles, or suitable candidates, and to keep in touch about them. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a recruitment business, and for registrations, your consent.
• To put you forward for a role. We only ever send your CV to an employer with your agreement for that role.
• To meet legal and tax obligations, and to deal with legal claims.

Who we share it with

Clients you've agreed to be put forward to; service providers who help us run the business (our applicant tracking system, email, hosting and analytics), under contract; and authorities where the law requires it. We don't sell personal data.

International transfers

Many of our clients and some service providers are outside the UK. When your data goes abroad we make sure it's protected, for example through the UK's adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep candidate and client records while we're in touch. If we've had no meaningful contact for three years, we delete them, unless the law needs us to keep something longer (for example, records of placements for tax purposes).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to us using it, take a copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hey@eyonzy.com and we'll respond within a month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This site only sets cookies if you click "Accept" on the cookie message. They're Google Analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_*), used to count visits and see which pages help people. If you click "No thanks", no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered in your browser's local storage; clear it to be asked again.
